Protein pancakes made out of rye flour Nalesniki bialkowe z maki zytniej

Ciagle szukam nowych przepisow i pomyslow. Tym razem wyprobowalam nalesniki z maki zytniej. Zazwyczaj uzywam platkow lub maki owsianej, ale tym razem uzylam maki zytniej polecanej przez siostre i wyszly calkiem niezle.

Skladniki:
60 g maki zytniej
60 g odzywki bialkowej
2 jajka
200 ml mleka
1 lyzka oleju (zawsze dodaje do jakichkolwiek nalesnikow, aby nie przywiealy)

Wymieszac wszystkie skladniki dokladnie. Lubie, kiedy ciasto jest geste, wiec jesli dodasz za duzo mleka i bedzie za rzadkie, dodaj odrobine maki. Z tych skladnikow wyszlo ok 10-12 nalesnikow.

I constantly look for new recipes and ideas. This time I have tried pancakes made out of rye flour.
I used to use oat meal or oat flour but my sister recommended rye flour and it turned out to be a pretty good substitute.

Ingredients:
60 g of rye flour
60 g of protein powder
2 eggs
200 ml milk
1 spoon of oil (I always add it to my pancakes, so they do not stick to the pan)

Blend all of the ingredients, I like when the dough is thick, so if you end up adding too much milk, you can add a bit o flour to make it thicker again. I made around 10-12 pancakes.
