No need to go to the gym, use equipment or spend hours on it. Very easy and quick way for leg and booty workout.

Czesc 1/ Part 1

Kazde cwiczenie powtarzaj przez 30 sec na kazda noge, czyli 1 minuta na cwiczenie. Razem 4 minuty.

Repeat every exercise for 30 sec per each leg.
Meaning 1 minute per exercise. 4 minutes in total.

Czesc 2/ Part 2
Kazde cwiczenie powtarzaj przez 30 sec – razem 2 minuty.
Calosc powtorz 3 razy, 30 sekund przerwy miedzy kazda runda.

Repeat every exercise for 30 sec – 2 minutes in total.
Repeat the same round it 3 times.
30 sec break in between every round
