Ta grupka ludzi pojawia sie w parku o 10 w kazda sobote na trening ze mna i moim chlopakiem Paul’em. Jestesmy para fitnessowych maniakow i chcemy dzielic nasza pasje, pomoc ludziom i pokazac im, ze ruch i cwiczenia sa bardzo wazne dla zdrowia. Nasz bootcamp sobotni jest za darmo i po angielsku, wiec kazdy moze dolaczyc. Nie mamy az tak duzo sprzetu, wiec glownie pracujemy z wlasna waga ciala i robimy sporo treningu cardio. Jestem bardzo dumna z wszystkich, ktorzy przychodza i decyduja sie na zrobienie czegos dobrego dla swojego ciala i zdrowia zamiast zostac dluzej w lozku tego ranka. Poswiecaja ta 1 godzine na cos dobrego, ale jak o tym pomyslisz to 1h to tylko 4% Twojego dnia, czy to naprawde az tak duzo?

Juz od dawna rozmyslasz zeby zaczac?
Nie wiesz jak? Masz karnet na silownie, ale jak wchodzisz to zupelnie jestes pogubiona, a cala reszta wie ktora maszyna do czego? Nie przemuj sie, oni kiedys tez musieli zaczac! Najlepsza porada bedzie znalezienie kogos, kto trenuje, chodzi na silownie i ma jakies pojecie o cwczeniach, ktos kto moze Ci pokazac co i jak. Duzo ludzi robi blad nie pytajac nikogo i wykonuja cwiczenia niepoprawnie, nie wiedzac na czym sie skupic, aby jak najwiecej wykorzystac z dango cwiczenia, Jesli nie znasz nikogo, kto chodzi na silownie, sa tez instruktorzy dostepni na silowni, ktorych zadaniem jest wlasnie pokazanie maszyn i pomoc w cwiczeniach osobom, ktorze zaczynaja. Uzyj ich pomocy! Kolejnym pomyslem sa zajecia na silowni, gdzie jest dostepny instruktor, i pokazuje i opisuje cwiczenia.

Kolejnym przykladem jak zaczac, sa roznego rodzaju grupy, ktore cwicza na zewnatrz, moze to byc bieganie, rowery, albo normalny trening jak na zajeciach na silowni. Na pewno masz kilka w Twoim miescie, ale nawet nie sprawdzilas. Cwiczenia w grupach moga byc bardziej motywujace, fajniejsze i mozesz uzyskac troche inspiracji na wlasny trening.

 This group of people shows up in the local gardens where we live at 10 every Saturday to train with me and my boyfriend Paul. We are a couple of fitness freaks and we want to share our passion, help people and show them how important exercising is for your health. We do it for free and in English so everyone can join. We do not have that much equipment, so we mainly work with our own body weight and do lots of cardio. I am very proud of the people who show up and decide to do something for their health and body instead of staying longer in bed or doing other things. They sacrifice that 1h, but at the end of the day when you think about it – it is only 4% of your day. Is it really that much?

Have you been thinking about starting for a long time?
You do not know how to start? You got a membership at the gym and you enter and have no idea what to do, while others know exactly what each machine is for? Do not worry, they have been there before. They had to start too. The best recommendation is to find someone who can help you. If you know someone who trains a lot, ask him to help you, ask him to show you around and explain the different exercises. Many people make that mistake of not asking anyone and they end up making the exercises in a wrong way, they do not know where they should focus or how they should exercise with getting the most out of it. At gyms there are usually fitness instructors, whose job is to introduce people to the equipment and show them around. Use their help! You can also sign up for classes at the gym, where there is an instructor showing and explaining the exercises and the right technique.

Another advice would be, if you prefer working outdoor or do not want to spend money on memberships, to find some groups in your town that train together – there are plenty of them running or cycling groups, outdoor workouts. You probably never checked so you do not even know about their existence. Working out in groups make it more fun, make you more motivated and inspired.

So if you lack motivation and do not know how to start joining group workouts and classes are the best solution for you. Go ahead and try it – there are plenty of opportunities out there.
