Do you know what benefits you get from outdoor training? Plenty!

–       Sunshine gives you vitamin D, which is a common treatment for depressions and mood disorders.

–       You get to try new exercises and stimulate different muscles – using a trade mill will stimulate different muscles than running outdoors.

–       Your workout will be more varied that staring at 4 walls or screens at the gym, instead you can enjoy nice views when exercising outside.

–       Saving money – it costs nothing!

–       Fighting the germs – no need to wipe the machines before usage and cleaning after yourself

–       Using your creativity to come up with new exercising and use the ‘’equipment’’ you find in the parks – benches, stairs etc.

–       Increased level of activity as the increased temperature, wind and hills provide a natural resistance and make our bodies work harder and burn more calories.

The local park can’t offer you weights – that’s true. But doing some cardio outdoors can help you clear your mind, do some body weight exercises and get worthwhile full-body training. Walking and Bulgarian lunges, jumps squats, step-ups onto a park bench ill work your lower body. While push-ups, pull-ups and dips can work your upper half. Spend half an hour doing that and half an hour cardio and you are done exercising for the day.
