Jak zaczac i sprawic, aby trening stal sie Twoja rutyna?

Nie masz czasu, jestes leniwa, wymyslasz nowe wymowki, mowisz sobie zaczne jutro albo w poniedzialek. Potem sie zle z tym czujesz, bo znowu nic nie zrobilas. Znasz to uczucie?

Wszyscy mowia, ze jak sie to stanie Twoja rutyna, to bedzie latwiej.. Mowia tez, ze utworzenie w sobie nawyku zajmuje 21 dni. Jak to zrobic? Jak wytrzymac 21 dni? To pytanie zostaje mi zadawane dosyc czesto. Najwidoczniej postawic sobie cel cwiczenia 3 razy w tygodniu po 1 godzinie jest niemozliwy do osiagniecia. Ludzie wciaz maja trudosci z poswieceniem tej 1 godziny. A co jesli powiem Ci zebys zmienila cel? Twoj cel to cwiczenie 3 razy w tygodniu po 15 minut dziennie! To tylko 45 min tygodniowo, chyba dasz rade?  Nie bedziesz znowu zawodzic sama siebie. Na poczatku przez tydzien pojdziesz na silownie na te 15 minut. Nastepnym razem jak juz sobie zdsz sprawe ze aktywnosc daje Ci wiecej sily, energi i szczescia, zostaniesz 10 minut dluzej. Bo skoro juz i tak jestes na silowni, to rownie dobrze mozesz zrobic kilka cwiczen na nogi albo brzuszki, nie? Zakonczy sie na tym, ze zostaniesz dluzej niz planowalas. Dzien po dniu wykreujesz w sobie nawyk, rutyne, ktorej Ci brakowalo. Kiedy aktywnosc sportowa juz Ci wejdzie w nawyk i bedziesz z tego zadowolona, bedzie Ci trudniej przestac. Wyprobuj i daj mi znac jak poszlo.

How to start and make it your routine?

You do not have time, you are lazy, you keep making excuses, keep telling yourself I will start tomorrow or on Monday. Then you feel bad because you did not do it. Sounds familiar?

Everyone says, once you make it a habit, it will be easier.. they say it takes 21 days to make a habit. How to do that? How to last these 21 days in order to succeed? I get to be asked that quite often. Apparently telling people that everyone can find 3x1h in the week for a workout is not helping. People still cannot find that 1h. What if I tell you to change your goal?
You goal will be go to the gym for 15 min, 3 times a week It makes it only 45 minutes, right? It is not that bad. You do not want to feel like a failure again and you think ‘Oh I can do 15 min, right?’’ The first week it is quite probably that you will run for 15 min and leave the gym. Once you start feeling good, more energized and fresh, you will realize that since you already came, it is worth staying 10 more minutes. After running/cycling or exercising for that time you start thinking that you could also do some extra exercises for legs or abs. And you end up working out longer than you were initially planning. Day by day you create a routine, you create that habit that you were lacking. When you make it a habit, especially if you enjoy it, it will be more difficult to get out of it.
